Payment or co-payment for therapeutic services are due at or before the time of service. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, check, or cash. If paying by credit card, you may pay using paypal by simply clicking on the link below and submitting your payment information prior to your appointment. Please note, a 5% processing fee will be added to the amount of each credit/debit transaction.
