Charis Foundation is in-network with some insurances and accepts some out of network insurances. We are in-network with most Aetna, BCBS (NOT Blue Home), Cigna, United Healthcare, Meritain, UMR plans as well as some Medicare plans. We are working to add other insurance networks as well. Not all of our providers are in-network with these insurance companies. Please check with your provider to see which ones they accept.
Please contact your insurance company prior to your first visit to see if your provider has in-network benefits for mental/behavioral health benefits with your insurance. If we are not in-network, there may be out of network benefits. You will be responsible for the entire cost of the visit if there are no insurance benefits.

Private Pay Fees
Each provider has their private pay rate. Please check with your provider for their fee per session.
Payment or co-payment for therapeutic services are due at or before the time of service. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, HSA card, check, or cash. Payments may be made through your personal link to the client portal.
